Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Kallos ("Kallos," "we," "us") is building an app that uses wearable data to create personalized fitness programs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By connecting an account or using Kallos, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — such as your name and email address when you sign up or contact us.
- Wearable data you authorize — when you connect a wearable account such as WHOOP, we receive only the data you approve on that service's authorization screen. This may include recovery, sleep, workout, activity, profile, and body measurement data.
- Information you provide — such as fitness goals or preferences you choose to enter.
- Technical information — limited log data (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
- To display your data in your dashboard and generate your personalized training and nutrition program.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve Kallos.
- To communicate with you about your account or the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health or wearable data for advertising.
How we share information
We share information only:
- With service providers that host or process data on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting and database providers), under obligations to protect it;
- When you direct us to; or
- When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Kallos, our users, or others.
Connected services (WHOOP)
Kallos connects to WHOOP using OAuth. We never see or store your WHOOP password. You can revoke Kallos's access at any time from your WHOOP account settings or by contacting us. When access is revoked, we stop collecting new WHOOP data, and you can ask us to delete data we previously received. Your use of WHOOP is governed by WHOOP's own privacy policy.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest and restricted access, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Not medical advice
Kallos provides fitness and wellness information only. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.
Children
Kallos is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
